I think the lower growing trees may be Choke Cherry. i have seen a lot of them this year and little seems to eat them. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chokecherry The black Cherries are loaded thit year from what i have seen. | |||

looks like that may be it... there are also a ton of poke berry bushes growing around here too.. |

It is a dogwood. From what I can see I suspect it is a red osier dogwood, though I sometimes have trouble distinguishing between red osier, gray and silky dogwood unless I can not only touch it but key it out with other leads. Dick Bodenhorn --Last edited by RSB on 2009-09-08 20:39:22 -- |
