Unfortunately I have a bad case of tennis elbow from coaching little league and playing street hockey with the grandkids that I haven't shot yet. I already had one shot in it and will be calling the doctor for another appointment. | |||

Here's one of my grandsons shooting in the backyard. Form isn't bad, grouping is good shot placement leaves something to be desired. | |||

Shot a round of 3-D with my crossbow last Saturday. Need to work on my yardage estimations though. :/ |

Just received a second cortisone shot in my right elbow for chronic tendonitis. Dr says surgery is only thing that will fix it, but the shot might buy be a couple of months. | |||
