Are you really old enough to remember when there were huntable numbers of deer on the gamelands?

Hunted the evening in Allegheny County.  Had 6 does and a 4 point around me most of the evening.  None of the shooters in the area showed. :-((

Here are the stories I got while at work on Sat and Sun ---

--one junior hunter.. 1st year... missed a doe..

--one doe killed... teenager..  

--one lost buck..  

--one miss at 60 yards..  

--one doe ... neck shot... "so it would not run to far "...  this guy shoots tournaments too !!!

Most of the guys saw deer but few saw any legal  bucks...

Saw a couple of doe, had one little one at six steps from the tree I was up.
