I received the folowing photos via an E-mail. I sent off some E-mails about the photos to deer biologists..

I'm not sure what it is.  I've seen tumors on deer but never in the scrotum.  That doesn't mean it couldn't happen, just that I haven't seen it.  If I had to guess, I'd say it was a tumor.
