If you are planning on taking a person under 12 years old hunting this year under the Mentored Youth Program PLEASE read and understand page 15 in the digest.. That page spells out all the rules...

I am getting "hammered" with questions at the local club about the program and the local WCO has told me he is getting the same thing...
