The question was raised with the new system where would applicsants send their applications too?  Where they hunt or where they live.  It appears that many are sending to the local treasurers who are being overwhelmed with applications.

I thought that sending to a treasurer in the SRA may be an advantage but it looks like it may not be.

I know that I mailed to where I lived.  I figured the less distance in the mail, the better.  dd
