It was interesting to say the least. Never heard sounds like that in my life. The trapper has a neck noose which he put on the bobcat then a piece of plywood seperated the cat from the trap and me and my buddy opened the trap. At that point the cat sort of layed there for a minute or two once the noose was released. Looked fine as it was running away. I am sure it will be sore for awhile and the rabbits are safe for a little bit anyway. |

Nice looking kittie. A guy caught a big tom this year near Beartown Rocks. He didn't have a bobcat permit and released it with the plywood only, he didn't use a noose. It was a real dark gray color, would have made a beautiful mount. |
