Spent a couple hours wading the bottom one mile of Toby Creek down to where it empties into the Clarion River.

WOW is the water level LOW....

I was never in water up to my knees the whole way down and most was not even half that high.. I waded right down the middle of the creek....I can't remember this area being this low.... saw only one dead Brookie float by... Bad morning of fishing.
