Just wanted to keep you guys updated on our Trout in the Classroom project.  
We still have about 110 fish swimming, probably going to have to throw some of them out pretty soon to make some more room in the tank - the little ones are really starting to get picked on.

Thought you guys would like an update.

A fellow teacher does a genetics experiment with fruit flies.  I thought, what a great use for the flies when he is done with them.  Fish took to them immediately.

Final update for the year.  94 brookies released in 3 separate releases.  Largest fish of the year just missed 5 inches on the tape. Not bad for less than 7 months from hatching.

We keep it between 52 and 57 degrees.
