After reading his blog entry where he states so far Toby has been his best for this year I realized I had not fished there yet. So I knew I had to go to town to fill up on gas so I decided to fish Toby Creek..

Fished for 2.5 hours (as usual) and ran out of bait..  had my best day for trout -- landed 6.. 3 Rainbows and 3 Browns.. all the details will be in my journal ..

Including the story behind the weirdiest Rainbow I have ever caught..

Glad you had a good day Doc. I actually went there this evening after work.  I hadn't been there in a while.  I fished for 2.5 hours as well.  I only caught three, two Browns and a Rainbow.  It rained the whole time I was there.  At times it rained really hard.  Hopefully that'll make for some good fishing this weekend.
