My friend Jason and I fished Kinzua Dam today below the spillway.  I caught a 17 inch Rainbow on a nightcrawler.  The guy next to me lost a Rainbow around 19 inches or so.  That was it.  Great looking water but very little action.  I could see some pretty large fish jumping down by the island but I don't know what they were.
