I know what your saying doc. I used to catch NICE one out of the susquehana and Sherman's creek in the spring when I was a kid. Upwards to 18 - 20 inches once in a great while. Nothing like the one that come out of Lake Erie on a regular basis. But I do think the ones out of the river fight a little better. dd Nice fish Joe --Last edited by rich on 2007-05-21 12:21:25 -- |

Thanks Rich! We had a great weekend and caught boatloads of fish. It was the best fishing I've had in the past few years but now I'm spoiled. |

Those are some fantastic Smallies. Thanks for passing along the pics. Those would be fun to try and fight in the river wouldn't they Doc? The biggest one I ever caught in the river was only 18 inches and I had a heck of a time landing it. |
