I finally MADE time to go fishing...

left the house at 5:00am and fished until 9:00am. I mananged only one smallmouth ----



This fish put up a good fight so I did not take time to measure it or even take it out of the water...... it was pretty tired...

I'd guess about 18 inches with nice color for a Clarion River Smallmouth ???

Saw two NICE bucks on the way over..
along with a doe and one fawn..
two does with no fawns and
one fawn (all by itself) running along side the road on the way back home..

Plus a big beaver who kept me entertained at the first fishing spot since the fish were not co-operating in that regards
