Fished the Portland Mills Canoe Launch after work from 6:30 until 8pm.. until it got dark..

The last half hour was UNBELIEVABLE... a bite on almost every cast.. some of the bass were really really nice ones..

ended up landing 10 smallmouths and 1 rock bass in the hour and a half of fishing..

here's one of the bigger ones... the pic is not very good I had to play with the brightness too much to see the darn fish but you get an idea of its size...

this first one is what came out when I grabbed one of the big smallmouth to remove the hook...
