Same place as yesterday only fished in the middle of the afternoon to see what would happen...

should have went really early this morning,.. fishing SLOW..only landed 5 smallmouths..here's one --

Have you fished around the mouth of Bear Creek lately?  The bass are probably biting down there.  You may still even get a trout or two downstream above the island.  I'm probably done for the year.

I'm stuck on the canoe launch..

I can't remember the last time I spent so much time and had so much fun at one place...

I caught my first clarion river smallie there Sat evening.  Nice spot, just kept snagging somebody else line hung up on the bottom.  

Only saw about 40 deer on the way back to camp.  dd

probably one of mine !!!!  

with the water so low it is too easy to get snagged if you are noi super careful about the weights..
