One more thing I would like to add is the fact that due to having a herniated disk in my back, my mobility has suffered considerably. Years ago I would have ridden a bicycle but now that is not much of an option. --Last edited by Bodyofsteel on 2009-10-22 07:17:52 -- | |||

For everyone that complains about the roads not being open there is someone else complaining because there are too many roads open. Some guys want to walk in to get away from the masses of hunters driving in and out all day long. The Game Commission has to try to balance the requests and demands of those two groups with totally opposing views on the subject. That isn’t easy. Dick Bodenhorn |

I agree with it not being easy. It is impossible to please everyone. I was just wondering why the roads would not be accessible for archery but yet accessible for rifle season. Thanks for your response Dick. I know I wouldn't want to be in your shoes this time of year. Thanks again for your continued service and dedication to this sport we all enjoy so much. Thanks Mark! Actually it is my pleasure to serve the sportsmen and resources of our area and state. Though it is often a demanding and thankless job and way of life I can’t imagine not doing it. I saw Dave while stocking pheasants yesterday. Dick Bodenhorn |
