There were a total of 40 delegates present.  
Three delegates left after a vote was taken on Resolution #3. 
 
Resolution #3 -- ending affiliation with NWF -- 13 yea, 23 nay, 4 abstentions.This resolution was voted on prior to Resolution #1 & 2.
 


Resolution #1 -- statewide hen pheasant hunting -- 6 yea, 30 nay, 1 abstention.
 

Resolution #2 -- end spotlighting the week before buck season -- 18 yea, 17 nay, 2 abstentions.
 
          
A vote was taken on whether to continue support of the PFBC youth fishing license proposal even if it included dedicated funding (youth fishing activities).  A majority of those present voted in favor of support.
 
Those delegates present were asked to contact U.S. Senator Casey and voice support of the House version of the farm bill because of its provision to open farmlands to public access.
 
The Membership Committee offered the suggestion that we change our name to the Pennsylvania Federation of Sportsmen.  Any thoughts???
 
At the Friday delegate session, the By-laws Committee went over several pages of changes and should conclude its work at the next delegate session. 
Included are changes to allow individual members to introduce resolutions.
