Watch a robin build a nest?/ Its incredable how they do that with 2 feet.
How a bunny builds a nest in a specific area for her young.

I watched this morning mom robin rebuild and resecure her nest under our porch roof on top of the spot light after the rain storm we had. No saws, levels, hammer, gorilla glue just sticks and mud. The wonders of nature has always facinated me. Not a real religious person mind you but someone and that some one being God has done a great job in creating his furry and feathered friends.

Had fun this morning watching two baby fox squirrels play in a tree just outside the shop window.  It was like watching two kittens play.  I think the mother just let them out of the nest a few days ago.   dd

i was keeping this secret. a few weeks ago, at the hawk watch. i told some people from the presque isle audubon about this. they knew about it and asked me to keep it secret. but this week it was on the front page of erie's newspaper. i guess it's not a secret anymore. i have beed watching eagles build a nest on presque isle. this is the first time in 51 years. they don't want a lot of people going in to scare them away. that's why the big secret. i was never able to get a pic of them carrying or placing big sticks. but here are some that i did get. the location of the nest is still a secret. it wasn't in the news.
