I came home this morning (Friday) ALL IS GOING WELL

Only have to take 14 different shitty pills and most of them are twice a day ....

well I'll tell you one thing ...that DAMN Santa Claus better not come any where near my house....

He sure got my wish for a "QUAD" mixed up something aweful...

I got a big slice down the front of my chest ands three holes where drainage tubes were stuck into my chest.. and a leg as big as my body and every color in the rainbow where they harvested the new arties to by-past all the bad ones...

Let me say one thing right now..... IF you smoke you better really thing about stopping.....

I found out I was on my last few weeks of life and HAD NOT HAD a heartact YET ... I thought I was begining to get  hearburn at my age...

I had NO idea... NOR did the doctors have any idea my artieries were that bad....

Well thanks for the kind words..thoughts and prayers...

THEY MUST HAVE WORKED I'M STILL HERE...

Just think I can't hunt for about three months so the Anti-deer guys will love the fact I'll not be harvesting at least two this year

Glad your home!! Don't worry about the deer season, there will be plenty of seasons starting next year; just take your meds, and listen to the better half and your doctors.

WE all were rooting for you, even Penn in his own way drew a tear in his eye when we heard of your operation.

DON't rush things, I will try to visit in January as I shared with the better half weather permitting.

Glad you are doing well.

Man, we all mised you! Take it easy and get healed.

Are you able to eat venison??? If so, maybe the dmap gods will help you taste venison this year... I know someone who has a tag.

Having two tags is REALLY going to be the bad thing...

I can shoot my 2F in the back yard and know of several spots to fill the Clear Creek DMAP...

BUT the thoughts of the rifle against my shoulder and then a PUSH........as I squeeze the trigger ???

I would think the recoil would put a hurting on your rib cage, stitches and the whole body. Have you thought of a cross bow??

Will the Doctor even allow you to go hunting so soon after the surgery?? You better "slow down wilber" before you hurt yourself

I have to agree with ole PENN

YOU JUST GOT HOME

Take this operation seriously and heal.

If you don't PENN and I will come up there and kick your A** and hog tie you to your bed!

Great to see ya back on the board.  I work in healthcare and am around many with your procedure.  Sounds to me like you are doing great and you will back at it in no time.

Hmmm...  deer season, a little too early I think but you should be fine for the old smokepole after X-mas if you are into that.
