Nothing turns me off more than celebs campaining for candidates.  The scary thing is some people are influenced by it!!!!

Celebs "backing" politicians does nothing for me either.... could care less..

It does look like McCain will get the GOP slot and that's a shame....

It will mean a Democratic in the white house for sure...

and that may be a good thing IF it's Obama...

The consevative Republicans will either vote Democratic or stay home... they'll never back McCain...

and if Hillary gets the nomination we'll be in real trouble with her ( and HIM ) in the white house again...

I'll have to stay home if Obama is not the one running for "prez"

I repsect McCain for his POW days..... but that's it...

He has always been on the "wrong side" (think liberal democratic) of decisions that I think are important and I could NEVER support him or his ideas...

especially about illegal immagration....

So, two thoughts:

Huckabee struck a deal with McCain.  He is staying in the race to pull votes from Romney to guarantee a McCain win.  Then, McCain will offer him the Vice Presidency.

Hillary will get the nod and run with Bill as the Vice President.

Ouch!!!!

Hmmmm... Could it be that the Democratic race will come down to good old Pennsylvania.  It is a real possibility.

A tight race gets tighter.  Texas is a split and Hillary leads by a narrow margin in Ohio.

There is a debate tonight on MSNBC in Ohio.  I expect fireworks.  Get the popcorn and enjoy the show.

Dissappointing debate.... Hillary, as usual, looked bad and Barak over shadowed her on everything..

I agree.  He is unflappable.  If he becomes the nominee, I have no doubt that he will be the next president.  Not saying that is what I want though.

This race has to get ugly unless one pulls out.  They should split delegates in Texas and Hillary should win Ohio and pick up some ground in the delegate count.  Unless she wins big in both states, I am sure there will be some pressure put on her to concede.

I find it also  interesting that according to most recent polls Barak is making up ground FAST here in PA.....

I hope old "Eddie R" keeps openining his mouth and maybe Barak can over come Hillary completely here in Pa...

BTW still have not heard anything from our local state senator about the PGC....

I can't wait to hear from his folks about VOTING for him  again

just another Clinton mis-take in 2008....

She only has -- HERSELF.. hubby Bill .. and her campaign people for not winning her bid to be  Prez....

I guess I'm a terrorist too....Can't remember the last time I put my hand on my heart during the national anthem... shit.. I'd drop my beers and peanuts at Heinz Field if I did that

I do that for the "pledge" but not the national anthem ?????????

They better get things sorted out soon on the Democratic side.  If this goes to the convention without a candidate, the party will be split devisively, especially if the superdelegates superced the will of the people.

The black community will be feel like the rug was pulled out from underneath them and this country will see riots at worst or the blacks will boycott the general election or vote for McCain in protest.

It is ugly and getting uglier by the minute.

The best thing about it is my man McCain will be the benefactor.

The Democratic Party has a crisis of monumental proportions; They don't know whether to vote for the "Nut" with two Boobs or the "Boob" with two Nuts.

Are you really old enough to remember when there were huntable numbers of deer on the gamelands.

Yeah and Obama's speech today did NOTHING to help his cause.... He could easily be on his way down and out ... I doubt even Hillary will want him now ???

independent to make a move
as now we don't have a good
choice.

While the idea of an independent "sounds" good and being America is possible BUT that will NEVER EVER happen ... The "two parties" will always have a final canidate that will get more votes each compared to any independent...  they usually get AT BEST what ??? 10 % of the votes ???
