I can't keep enough Niger and Thistle seed in the feeder right now....

Yeah. The thistle feed is going fast here too.

The dat blasted grackles have found the sunflower feeder. It is going to be let go empty for a bit so they go away.

Yeah... Grackles, Starlings and Cowbirds...  hate 'em.  They've learned to recognize the sound of BBs rolling in the Daisy Red Ryder as I aim.  ;-)

got em here too.. I just have to open the door and away they fly LUCKILY they are in no hurry to return though.. so not a real problem....

I can't figure where my Rose-breasted Grosbeaks and the  Indigo Buntings are though ?????

I saw a group of indigo buntings out in the Quehanna Wild Area yesterday.

Almost forgot I was supposed to be chasing elk and not birds for about 15 minutes while watching them.
