the main difference between the cooper's and sharpie is in the tail. the coopers is rounded and the sharpie is squared off. i'd agree that it's a coopers because the bands on the tail are rounded. also, when a sharpie flies, it tucks it's head in. almost looks like it has no head.

I thought it was a cooper but it seemed a lot smaller than the one that always hangs around here. Maybe a young one?
