Well it looks like those fears I had about switching to a computer have come true....

It don't work

I turn it on and it goes thru a series of screens for memory test etc etc and then it just stops at one that says....

Verifying DMI Pool Data ........
Boot from ATAPI CD-ROM : Failure ...
DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

what the hell is a system disk and ATAPI CD-ROM ?????


well I guess I'll be back on the webtv and not able to do alot of things for awhile...
