Some very interesting findings Frank1. Seems to be quite a bit of inconsistency in regards to game commission claims and data.
I could throw in another issue, in 2A the herd according to pgcs annual report had stated that the harvest in 2003 was 16500 antlerless and they used 45,000 tags. This was supposed to have resulted in a herd reduction of roughly 7%.
Since then, the goal has been to stabilize the herd, yet theyve issued from 55,000 to SIXTY THOUSAND (ten to fifteen thousand more)!! tags ever since, with antlerless harvest goals of 18,000!!!
...Or how about the allocation of 2002, over a million and a record allocation to that point that was supposed to make room for the bucks that would be saved, yet pgc anticipated the uproar, and explained by stating in press release that the license numbers WOULD NOT be that high after that year, it was a one time deal for the purpose stated and thats that!! The following year a VERY slight decrease occurred, CHECK OUT THE NUMBERS AFTER THAT!! Another million plus allocation, then even an even higher allocation, and a new record !!!
If all of these things being spoken of dont help the usp's court case, or arent pointed out in the audit.....Well, I just dont know...
