we spent 6-29 fishing some epots on the river the area around irwin launch produced some large browns.  also a small stream near there had some nice brookies.

Some guys came in the store on Saturday to get more bait and said they were really doing good on the Clarion at Hallton where Spring Creek empties into the river.. LOTS of trout and some really nice Rainbows...

My better half had something snap her ultralite rod at the mouth of spring creek Friday. figured it was a carp. I have not been up that far in years, My place is near the boat launch at Mill creek. I cant believe the Hilton was closed. We also took our boat to east branch lake Tuesday. caught many smallies. That lake is a hundred feet deep in spots. We were trying to get minnows on the way up. We asked at the Sheetz in Ridgeway, they had no clue.  Bob** email protg **[/email]
