I met and had a good conversation with Dave at Dixon's Store Saturday and he advised me of this message board. I live in Vandergrift, PA and have a camp off Game School Road near the game school. I mostly fished Sandy Lick and the Clarion this weekend. Plenty of fish in Sandy Lick but not so easy to catch without a fly rod. A small hatch of something had the fish hitting the top of the water every so often. I had little luck at the mouth of the Toby in the Clarion but some friends did ok with rainbow rooster tails. I hope to go back up to camp this coming weekend to assist with the stocking of North Fork on Friday to get some more "scoop" on that mysterious creek that  I enjoyed fishing so much when I was younger.

YES the stocking is still on for Friday on the entire NORTH FORK..... or at least that's what I was told Sunday evening...

Most folks have already given up trying to catch fish anywhere above Moore's Bridge though.. seems that once again the trout have left "the building" elsewhere on North Fork and are all headed down stream ... ??

Nice to see you on the website Ironhorse.  I'm from Erie, but have an A-frame close to the old game school.  My kid is living there for the summer.  dd
