HB 2177  By J. Evans  Amends Title 34 (Game) restricting activities permitted on private property by adding that where written permission is required, it would be unlawful for any person to hunt, trap, train dogs or otherwise participate in any activity permitted under this title on any private property without first securing the written permission of the owner or lessee of the private property. This provision would not apply to the owner or lessee or any family member of the owner or lessee or any person who is participating with the owner or lessee or any family member of the owner or lessee. The bill provides for penalties.
